Description:

Tiny, only 3 millimeters, colored as shown.

Habitat:

Found beetle on a stump on shore of artificial reservoir in an urban residential neighborhood setting. Most trees there are elm, cottonwood, willow, but they are mostly sparse, and some have been removed recently.

Notes:

Not generally considered a serious pest
