Horned Powder-post Beetle

Description:

Red-brown beetle with hairy face. The antennae are unusual in that the segments are various sizes and shapes. The "head" appears to have horns or spikes along the top. The elytra are dark but the "shoulder" areas are nearly yellow.

Habitat:

Under porch light at night in the backyard
