Description:

Large female. Note the tiny male behind. Pictures 3 & 4 taken from the opposite side. Picture 5 is male from top, 6 is male from below.

Habitat:

Tropical rainforest c7-800 mtrs.

I removed the dark picture and added the top and bottom view of the male.

The Nephila males are usually never described, they are just there doing their job ;-)...

Thanks for the ID, page updated. Pity the male is not described apart from size and is not illustrated on the link provided. Maybe I'll try to do enlargements of the male later.
