The Chile Pepper jellyfish is a clear bowl shape with pink stripes running down the sides starting from the top. The jellyfish does not appear to have tentacles.

Welcome to Project Noah. What a lovely first spotting. Those bits underneath really look like dried red chillies. It should actually go into 'Other' category as it's not really 'Fish'.
