Unknown leaf miner. They may be fly maggots, moth caterpillars or beetle grubs. The name comes from their habit of eating --mining-- between the upper and lower surfaces of leaves.

Habitat:

Along a forest trail at MacRitchie Reservoir Park, Singapore.
