Interesting. It looks more simialr to the Eastern Leopard frog in this book http://books.google.co.mz/books?id=A_IwB... Unf. it does not really describe how to tell them apart. Is there a way that you know of Ashley?
Thank you Ashley for confirming this blokes ID :)
It is a Guttural Toad. Patches on the snout, paired patches down the back, and an interrupted bar between the eyes.
Thank you Luis for your comment, and Kate for the ID hint :)
Possibly Amietophrynus gutturalis (Guttural toad).
Nice pattern.
