Stonefly sp

Plecoptera sp?

Description:

about 1 inch long, maybe longer.

Habitat:

Landed on my knee while I was having lunch at Colony Farm, a restored farm habitat with bush, Coquitlam River, duck pond and a community garden. This was on a bench beside the river.

Notes:

I didn't see it fly but I assume those are long wings folded over its back.

Plectoptera, Stonefly??

Not sure, but maybe you start here??
Compare wing shape, wing pattern (!), orange parts, color of knee and legs.
Not really matching:

But it could be something other than Plecoptera! Just a hint...
