Hawaiian Whitespotted Toby

Canthigaster jactator

Description:

This is one the smallest members of the pufferfish family we have here in Hawaii, the Hawaiian Whitespotted Toby. He was just circling around this Banded Urchin while I tried to stay still enough to photograph him.
