I think no description needed, picture tell a thousand words.
Common used on road side as shading tree in my tropical paradise.
In Indonesia also known as Buah Roda (wheel fruit), pohon dinamit (Dynamite tree) or cakar macan (tiger claw).
I agree, I think the tree and flowers are beautiful and don't need description but would it be possible for you to find out the local name for this tree, to complete this PN spotting.
