Unknown Mushroom

Description:

about 4 inches tall, cap with a distinct point in it when young, stipe hollow, cap becoming wavy and fleshy as it matures, quite dark brown at maturity. Young one is fawn coloured with whitish stipe. Spore print is rusty brown.

Habitat:

Albion under the Trees is westcoast temperate rainforest and these mushroom were growing beside our driveway in some invasive Periwinkle plants beneath a big leaf maple tree and some conifers.
