@Daniele, I asked him for references but he hasn't replied yet.
Can't find any other pics of it online. And the reference of it is from this website :

indicating the species and all the 4 species of them under the genus are only from Philippines. And all the species were described back in the 19th century!

Hi Lauren, finally managed to find the ID for this Cockroach, from a local (Filipino) expert on Cockroaches. But there doesn't seems to be any other references or images online though.
