Description:

Large blue headed lorikeet with orange or red breast. This one is the eastern form ( race - novaehollandiae) with red breast and yellow green collar.

Habitat:

In Caravan park at Nanango. Rural area.

They sure flutter around and make a noise Mark. It's quite hard to get just one on their own to photograph. I had an injury at the time and could sit and wait for something to happen.
