They follow the nest building blue prints in their brains, and instantly know how to build a perfect structure to hold the eggs they are about to lay. Robins nests are always alike, but have you ever seen a robin teaching another how to build a nest? A robin in North America goes through the set building process 2 or 3 times a year.
