Sherardia arvensis

Description:

Creeping plant with moderately hairy stems and leaves. Stemless whorled leaves (see pictures 2 and 3). Tiny light purple flowers with four petals each.

Habitat:

Cedar Creek County Park, New York. Growing along the edge of an archery range.
