Spotting

Description:

Photo take in my backyard, this is the first time i have seen this awesome insect ??? Small around 8 mm wingspan red abdomen and black head has long black antennas whit a white tip, also has some other antennas??? coming out from the back of the legs where the abdomen start. Black small wings.

Habitat:

Tropical, semiarid.

Really neat moth Gerardo, it really does look more menacing with the back legs up! Scare me to death if I were a leaf hopper!

Fantastic one, Gerardo. What look like a second pair of antennae are the rear legs lifted, I think.
