Description:

This stout medium tall daisy has eight petaled blooms clustered at the top. The leaves are deeply lobed and mostly at the bottom. This plant forms a winter rosette.

Habitat:

One of the many perennials used to create the Twelve Ecological Zones of Texas Demonstration Garden at Heritage Elementary School. The garden is late in blooming and growing due to the unusually cold weather this year.
