I find this in Kebun Raya Cibodas close to Gunung Gede. Small (13 cm) black, grey and white tit. Head and throat black, except for large contrasting white patch on side of face.
In Sumatra, Java and Bali is not uncommon bird, but local resident found in coastal mangroves, up to over 2000 m.
