Description:

An amazing bird with blue wings spotted with white and black. the breast is a grayish-white and there is a black ring from the side of the head, down across the breast to the other side of the head. This bird has a crest on the head similar to that of a northern cardinal.

A local park

Notes:

I don't see blue jays very often, so it's always a treat to see one!
