Hyla femoralis
Observed at County nature Preserve in/on a man made habitat this date. This species was attempting to hide in plain sight in/on a multi-color logo emblem of the County on a sign approximately six feet off the ground. The sun was shining directly on it; and there was no shade to be had.

Hi Ric3, neat find. This looks like a species of Treefrog. Check out this link and see if you can find a match: http://ufwildlife.ifas.ufl.edu/frogs/cen... .
Oak Toads are terrestrial (they stay on the ground) and look a bit different. http://ufwildlife.ifas.ufl.edu/frogs/oak...
