About 3 inches tall, creamy white color all over with the underside being more brown.

Habitat:

Found on a grassy lawn with scattered oak trees. There were others like this fungi around it.

Thanks Antonio! I had problems getting the detail to show on the upperside of it, but it definitely was very delicate! It was already torn in the one spot, but I kept feeling like I was going to break it when I touched it!

Very delicate mushroom Ashley,cool,i think this one is perfectly spotted to be ID,however to me is allways dificult,this species is new to me,i found some similar's of the Mycena family,but i cant say that this one belong to that family,but looks like :-)
