Description:

8-9", red nape; tannish face and underparts; black back, wings, and tail barred with white.

Habitat:

Live oak Mott in Morgan's Point Resort, TX

Notes:

This guy is getting used to us sitting out and watching him feed. He likes, bugs, peanuts and bark butter. We have five or six woodpeckers roaming around every evening at ~6pm.
