Thank you for all the help! Looks like definitely may be the Five-line and Broad-head skinks. We first saw just the Broad-head peaking out of the hole and then thought they were mating. I will post another picture. Thanks for the help!

Looks like! Thanks, Brian! I probably was too focused on the left one, which I IDed just before and did not think about a different species. Cool! 2 in 1!
Plestiodon laticeps, Broad-headed Skink would be the lower one:

You have two different skinks perhaps - Broad-head (bottom) and Five-line (top) - consult this reference: http://apbrwww5.apsu.edu/reptatlas/frame...
