Purple Cabbage

Brassica oleracea var. capitata f. rubra

Description:

These cabbage have different names can vary depending on the type of soil it is grown in. Example if they are grown in acidic soils, the leaves will be a reddish color, and in neutral soil they will be purple and with alkaline soil they will be more of a yellow - green color.

Habitat:
