Description:

It is a lycaenidae large, with a wingspan between 30 and 36 mm.

Habitat:

Lives in very wet meadows where Sanguisorba officinalis plant lives. It lives between 1200 and 1500 m and flies from late June to August.

Notes:

The male has the front wings dark brown, with black macules, and light brown back with black dots. Females have dark brown front and back like the male.
