Funnel Weaver (juvenile)

Description:

Juvenile spider only 5 mm long. The abdomen is red with a yellow pattern. The cephalothorax and legs are yellow with dark stripes. This spider caught a tiny insect for lunch. There is a sheet-like web that was on top of this leaf.

Habitat:

Pomelo leaf in backyard.

Thank you Alan! I'll leave it at the family level for now. Juvenile's are so difficult and I'm not rearing this one to be able to see what it ends up being :)

I would guess it's an agelenid, but wouldn't like to say which. Barronopsis? Hololena?
