Hi Sckel, this isn't a Planthopper. It's a Spittlebug. The other common name is Froghopper :)

This Hooper is very small. He jumps like a flea. I have to be like a chameleon, moving slowly so as not to scare the insect. Haha :)

Yes Jared, the problem with the hoppers is that they... hop!!! :-)

Nice hopper. Some hoppers are so hard to photographic because they jump and then. Poof. They are gone.
