Peach Tree (with fruit)

Prunus persica

Description:

Following up to a previous spotting to double-check my ID. Only 1 or 2 fuzzy little peaches, but they are there!

Habitat:

The peach, Prunus persica, is a deciduous tree, native to China and South Asia. I believe this particular specimen grew from a discarded peach or nectarine pit. Spotted in wooded ravine behind and between warehouses in Kennesaw, GA
