Yellow-headed Blackbird

Xanthocephalus xanthocephalus

Description:

One of the most stark contrasts in color that I've ever seen on an animal. Bright yellow head with a jet black body and mask.

Habitat:

Yellowstone National Park, WY, USA

Notes:

Poor bird. He obviously can't read or he'd hang out somewhere else begging the tourists for food.

I suspect he's protesting against the message on that sign!
