Description:

This Spittlebug or Froghopper recently emerged or eclosed from the exuvia and stayed next to the spittle where it lived while a nymph. It's primarily white with dark brown on the ends of the wings and abdomen.

Habitat:

Cape Honeysuckle in the backyard. This is an undescribed species per Bug Guide.
