Description:

Large carpophores, fruiting body from 5 cm (the smallest) to 15cm in diameter. When younger, cream in color; in full maturity honey-brown. Pores underneath the fruiting body.

Habitat:

Foothills of Jura mountain range, semi-urban setting, garden; right under the pine tree.
