Description:

The adults grow up to 14 - 20 mm . The head, pronotum and abdomen are black, while elytra have a bright reddish color with a specific black drawing. They are very common flower-visitors.

...I have this problem that the most on my unknown spotting are actually good and clear like this: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/264... ;) leaving just those blurry like this one as identified!

beetles are not easy to capture as they usually scurry around so much and the camera loves to focus on the bigger item but it is stiil identifiable and useful for project Noah :-)
