Lichen Moth

Hydriomena sp.

Description:

This could be the same species as a previous spotting but I'm not sure since this one has more white and some orange. It also had the peculiar habit of resting with the abdomen in a vertical position (last picture). Previous spotting: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/217....

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
