Four spots tortoise beetle

Stolas ephippium

Description:

Similar to other Stolas spottings but this one has yellow spots instead of the more common red ones. I don't know if its another species, color morph, or gender variation. I would appreciate more information.

Notes:

Normally they only present two yellow spots, it seems this is a rare form with yellow spot divided into two separate spots
