Datura inoxia
Also known as Angel's Trumpet, Datura inoxia is an annual shrubby plant with dark green velvety leaves and white trumpet-like flowers. The flowers first grow upright, and later incline downward. The whole plant is extremely toxic as it contains alkaloids.
Grows on disturbed ground but is also cultivated as a garden ornamental.
Maltese name: Sigret ir-Rizzi
