Description:

Small fly that somewhat resembles a large mosquito or a very small crane fly. Reddish brown body with dark stripes on the abdomen. Dark legs and antennae. Wings clear with rainbow iridescence seen in certain light.

Habitat:

Sears Bellows County Park, New York. Wooded campground.
