In fact I'm quite sure it must be given the size.
Gills look too white for Pluteus. Perhaps Megacollybia rodmani?
In deed, it looks like some kind of Pluteus sp.(by the fact that it grows on dead wood and the gills free of the stem) but I don't know which. You can check the spore print...
