Description:

Male and female Vivid Dancer Damselflies. Wide black stripe down back with a fine black line sides of the thorax. Ten segments to the abdomen. The segment sides have small triangular black streaks. Males being bright blue and black and the female a tan and dark color.

Habitat:

Not far from a creek but spotted on trail leading into a meadow.
