Eight-spotted Forester

Alypia octomaculata

Description:

Black wings with white spots. Seems like it has a few red spots on the antennas. Has about 1 1/2 inch wingspan.

Notes:

I found it when it landed on the outside of my window. It seemed to be fighting against the wind that was blowing towards it.
