Medium sized dragonfly. Blue body, dark head. Clear wings with small dark areas near where the wings meet the body. Lands on the ground frequently.
Sears Bellows County Park, New York. Trail side next to Bellows Pond.
There were several of these little guys flying around and fighting a lot with each other.
