Thank you Kerry & Leuba for both suggestions. I've just looked at both & cant decide! They both are so similar. Thanks for your help, I'll see if someone can help me decide :)

This is the only photo where the broken white ring around the eye is obvious. Hope someone will confirm the ID, if it is a Jacky Winter.

Very nice ! Leanne, checkout "Jacky Winter" -Microeca fascinans, which looks like it matches your spotting. Said to be a small fly-catcher. Quite a wide distribution.
