Delonix has different shaped petals and the pods are woody, more than 1 foot long. Your pods are clearly Caesalpinia.

and Caesalpinia pulcherrima look similar only i think that it must be the Caesalpinia pulcherrima, 'cause the Delonix regia flowers look as they also can have spots. I see if someone else thing it too ... but thank u both for helping.
