It could be native to the West Indies,[2] but its exact origin is unknown due to widespread cultivation.[1] Common names for this species include Poinciana, Peacock Flower, Red Bird of Paradise, Mexican Bird of Paradise, Dwarf Poinciana, Pride of Barbados, and flamboyan-de-jardin. - Wikipedia

Delonix has different shaped petals and the pods are woody, more than 1 foot long. Your pods are clearly Caesalpinia.

u know both of u guys can be right i'm not a expert ... the Delonix regia
and Caesalpinia pulcherrima look similar only i think that it must be the Caesalpinia pulcherrima, 'cause the Delonix regia flowers look as they also can have spots. I see if someone else thing it too ... but thank u both for helping.
