Description:

Glass-like transparent wings and a large fuzzy body. Green near the head and thorax, then comes a maroon band followed by contrasting yellow band and the abdomen has a terminal black tip.

Habitat:

I spotted it on a metal grill gate of a garden attached to a house.

Notes:

It may also be known as the Pullucid hawk Moth.
