I found this years ago but recently remembered I still had it and I was wondering what it could be. It was probably killed by one of the many cats in the area.


I found it in a farmland village in a patch of grass

looks like the lower jaw of a small mammal

It looks very similar to a rabbit or hare mandible (well part of one). I did a quick Google search to find some similar images. You would probably have to do some research on size to see if you could figure out which it is.
