Description:

The ground colour (inlcuding the scutellum) ranges from red-orange to almost fully black, although the cuneus is always red to some extent. The forewings are very shiny.

I will leave this ID untill I found difference between species..I think you are right...

Photos in the net of Deraeocoris olivaceus and Deraeocoris ruber seem to look the same. Or maybe, the link that I've found is mis-IDd.
