Naso unicornis
First pic is of a juvenile (note the lack of a horn) of the species. Probably zoomed in too much, but wanted to show the blue spine at base of tail. Second picture of an adult is very noisy (adults are shy), but does show the horn as well as the blue spine at tail base.
