A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Odocoileus hemionus
very small but majestic deer. i spatted this small gathering on a memorial field. they were grazing and eating the flowers that were given by the family members of the resting. this pod of deer were all the same color grey-brown fading into white at the underbelly and limbs.
everywhere... from Alaska to the Baja. i found them in a cooler climate with only the ocean a mile away. they love suburbia
