Habitat:

Kann in Europa gefunden werden, ohne Nord-Europa und Tiefebenen. H. honestus mag es gebirgig, warm und trocken. In Deutschland wird er anscheinend nicht oft gefunden. ////////////// Can be found in Europe, excluding North-Europe and lowlands. H. honestus likes it mountainous, warm and dry. In Germany this beetle seems to be spotted quite seldom.
