I have spotted it in the higher altitudes (like Har-ki-Doon, Pindari glacier) in Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand in India.

I have moved this spotting (and several others) out of the Signs of Wildlife mission as it does not meet the requirements of the mission.
That mission is for signs of wildlife (things like nests, feathers, shed skins, animal tracks, etc.), not actual organisms.
