thanks, It’s a Milvus migrans…

Liam, I think these are Black Kites, the Red Kite has red on top of the wings and tail and a much deeper fork. The white patches on the top and bottom of the wings also show much more contrast on the Red Kite and it does not have a shadow behind the eye.
