Cascabela thevetia (syn: Thevetia peruviana)
This is most common in yellow colour, sometimes orange. White also. In my mother tongue Bangla (spoken in eastern parts of India) we call it Kolkay- phool (phool = flower) . Sap and seeds are considered poisonous.
